ALREA-GRATITUDE is a non-profit service organisation formed by a team of retired executives Ashok Leyland, a leading automobile major in India and across the globe.
ALREA-GRATITUDE is an initiative by Mr. C.Devadoss and Dr.Kandaswamy Pillai and many other veterans of Ashok Leyland, with a view to support the bereaved family of a deceased AL Executive, to do the final rites peacefully by providing some financial support by the members of the association.

ALREA-GRATITUDE is well supported by like minded executives of Hinduja Group through their generous contribution, who are willing to be part of the noble cause.
ALREA-GRATITUDE was initially started with retired executives and now being constantly supported by retirees and also by working executives of Hinduja group who volunteered to be part of the excellent mission.

1. Any executive who had retired / taken voluntary retirement / resigned/ in service from any of the locations of Ashok Leyland or its Associate companies.
2. The spouse of the executive is also eligible to become a member.
3. The Executive / Spouse should be below 75 Years of age at the time of enrolment.

You will get a reply from the office suitably.

Member's Wife, Son , Daughter or any other person desired by the member can be the nominee.

Yes. You may change the nominee as you desire.
Send the new nominee details to the Secretary-ALREA Gratitude. It will be done.
